Rental Policies

1. Delivery: We offer FREE delivery, set up and pick up in the following areas:  Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Bristol, Brookfield, Bethany, Bethel, Cheshire, Danbury, Derby, Huntington, Meriden, Middlebury, Monroe, Naugatuck, Newtown, Oakville, Oxford, Plantsville, Prospect, Seymour, Shelton, Southbury, Southington, Wallingford, Waterbury, Watertown, Wolcott, Woodbridge, Woodbury.  We offer delivery to other areas in greater Connecticut, for a small fee.
2. Rain/Weather Policy: A full refund or credit toward another rental will be issued under the following conditions:
   • Heavy or steady rain falling all day
   • High winds over 25 MPH
   • Temperatures lower than 45 degrees Fahrenheit.
   All other conditions, including occasional rain, are not reasons for cancellation and no credit or refund will be issued. Once your bouncy has been delivered and set up, no cancellation is possible.
3. Deposits: A $50 deposit is required prior to delivery.  Deposits can be made by credit card via the website or by personal check mailed to:

4. Methods of Payment:A final cash payment is made to the driver at time of delivery.
5. Tipping: While tipping is not required, if you feel that your Bouncy Consultant did a good job with your delivery and set up, tips are always appreciated.
6. Cancellations: All cancellations will receive a credit for another rental.
7. Rental Periods: All rentals are guaranteed for 6 hours. Additional hours can be purchased on most units at $25 per hour. Overnight rentals can be arranged in secure or fenced in areas for an additional fee of $75. The Bouncy must be accessible to our staff for pick up by 9 am the following morning.
8. Yard Requirements: The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead.
9. Electrical Requirements: We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 15-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated.
